Had to wait a week for someone from Garabar to come out and take care of something that was supposed to be done right the first time aroundWaiting for them set back the contractor that was to fix all the water damage to the interior of the house costing me extra money and timeOnly three months later an independent inspection company performed a roof inspectionThe inspection findings included two active leaks on the roof that Garabar roofing supposedly fixed and charged forI called asking for someone to come out to check it out under their TWO YEAR LEAK WARRANTY***'s answer was that they did not perform work in that area of the roof and therefore the warranty did not applyI sent pictures and the copy of the invoice where it showed the work did take place in that area [redacted] acknowledged Garabar did perform work there after the evidence was presented [redacted] later stated Garabar would honor the warranty and have someone perform the repair within a couple of daysNo one from Garabar called me back to schedule the repairsI called [redacted] after a couple of days and he stated the office manager did not schedule a crewAnd that's where the fun beginsWas told by the office manager that the [redacted] (Garabar's owner) is not around very often and he is the only one that is capable of making a decision in my caseWaited for more than two weeks for an answer (following up every other day) but got extremely tired of the games and excusesEvery time I called I was asked to leave a message and no one would call backAt the end I had to hire another roofing company to perform the work after the negligence and bad business practice by Garabar IncBeware ***, [redacted] and [redacted] play games with customers and will not take responsibility once they cash your check
