I ordered a anti-wrinkle cream once. And then, the company decided to send me the same product taking money out of my card without my consent.
On Amazon, they sent me an email saying I can buy one of the products on the page for cheap. One of them was this, "collagen smooth" anti-wrinkle cream. Which I find out, with this website it is actually called "garcinia goodlife". I ordered it once and then one month later, they send me the same product taking money out of the bank account without me actually going online and buying it. I didn't order this product twice. Only once.

I ask for a free jar of as per there advertisement with only $4.95 shipping to be charged...after I received my bank statement I realized they had charged me $89.95 so I returned it unopened in the same box that I received it in and enclosed a letter stating to stop all payments and charges...I still have the receipt from the post office...than on Dec 15th they charged my acct again for $94.90 ..than again today they charged my acct for $94.90...when will this ever stop....I did call the Cr. Card Fraud line and reported it also but have not received any info from either...could you please stop this...I have limited income and this must stop...Thank you

I took a survey for what I thought was a reputable company that I do business with. At the end of the survey I was offered a free gift which Collagen retinol was one of the gifts offered. I was told I would need to pay $4.95 shipping to which I agreed. I will admit I did not read the entire list of terms and conditions. The product arrived without any shipping papers or contract or anything in the box other than the product. I have no idea what I signed up for. In checking my credit card statement I found I had been charged an additional $89.00 on top of the shipping fee. I was unable to locate any company online with the name Collagen Smooth (return address on the box). I have made 2 calls to the company to be told that database is offline and they took my name and phone# and promised a call back.

I ordered Garcinia Goodlife on the internet (since then the web site has been removed/shut down) on a 30 day trial bases. I placed my order on Nov 2 and received my product about Nov 6. I was charged shipping which I paid and then on Nov 17, my account was charged $90.80 which I did not agree to because the product was not working. I sent the product back to the company at the address listed on the order form explaining to them that the product was not working and requested no further shipments be made and to close the account. The charges was taken from my account only 15 days after I had ordered the product so I sent them a letter stating that the product did not work and that I had returned the unused product to them. This letter was dated Nov 22. Then on Dec 4, my bank account was again charged $90.85 and I did not receive any product nor a reply from the company concerning the letter I had sent. I have not been able to find a phone number for the company so I was forced to cancel my card because they were still charging me for products that did not work nor was received.
