*** was charged the end of trial price ($88.95) upon the expiry of the trial (November 24th 2014)As per the terms and conditions, *** was sent an additional month supply days laterOn December 27th *** contacted Garcinia Cambogia Reserve to cancel the subscription and a RMA was issuedOnce our facility received the product *** was issued a refund of $88.95.
Customer satisfaction is important to us, and although *** is well outside of the day guarantee for the end of trial purchase in November, an additional refund has been issued in the amount of $88.95.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund of $340.00, as the customer was only charged full price charges for product (x $88.95) both of which have been refundedTo further assist in this matter we have reached out to a sister company to investigate if any other orders had been placed that could give the customer the impression that a larger amount was chargedWe were advised that a trial order for $was placed by *** for another product and that out of the shipments were refunded ($84.95).

Once our facility received the product [redacted] was issued a refund of $88.95. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and although [redacted] is well outside of the 30 day guarantee for the end of trial purchase in November, an additional refund has been issued in the amount of $88.95. Unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund of $340.00, as the customer was only charged 2 full price charges for product (2 x $88.95) both of which have been refunded.To further assist in this matter we have reached out to a sister company to investigate if any other orders had been placed that could give the customer the impression that a larger amount was charged. We were advised that a trial order for $5.95 was placed by [redacted] for another product and that 1 out of the 3 shipments were refunded ($84.95). If [redacted] would like to have the remaining two charges of $84.95 refunded, customer service can be reached at [email protected].

Review: When I placed the order I only wanted one trial bottle. They kept sending it an additional four months. I called to cancel and was told it was cancelled however it kept coming. After contacting them again and arguing with someone who did not speak very well English she gave me a RMA# and address to send the product back to and told me that they would refund 100% as long as the item was received. They received the item and are now telling me they will only refund for one $84.95 amount.Desired Settlement: The total amount charges for the products were $340.00. I would like them to refund the whole amount. And in my opinion this business is not on the up and up and should be investigated
