Gardens At Sunday Park

Review: I dined at this restaurant on June 1, 2013, receiving a bill of $199.76 for food and service. I tipped 20% of the check, $40.24, to bring my total bill authorized to $240.00. A few days later, an online check of my credit account revealed that the restaurant had charged a gratuity of $80.24 (40%), and charged my account a total of $280.00. I have called the restaurant several times and left multiple messages for the general manager, [redacted], to resolve this. I spoke to him once and gave him the details of my check (date and check #, etc). He promised to research it that day and call me back. He never called back. I have tried calling the restaurant several times since,and left messages for him to call me, including my phone number, be it's been over a week and he won't return my calls.Desired Settlement: Refund of difference of charges authorized and that taken by the restaurant .. $40.00.Time and trouble for all this hassle can't be compensated.
