RE: 2/22/Complaint ID# [redacted] Dear Ms [redacted] Thank you for bringing this complaint by property tenant, [redacted] *** of [redacted] ***, to my attentionIn answer her concerns, Ms [redacted] will have to pursue the return of her $security deposit with the owner of the Long Road property.I have been diagnosed with a major health issue that greatly restricts my abilities to continue Gardner and Quinn Realty IncIt is for that reason that I was inevitably forced to inform ALL PROPERTY OWNERS REMAINING UNDER CONTRACT with Gardner and Quinn Realty, that as of November of last year, I could no longer manage their properties, and the business doors would be permanently closed, effective December 31, In addition, all remaining accounts would be settled upon liquidation of Gardner and Quinn, which is currently underwayAll licensing has been returned to the state of Pennsylvania.There were a small number of clients that chose to leave on their own, which I believe includes Ms***’s property owner, prior to November, It was indicated that some of those had taken their properties to another management firm in the area.Regarding the accusations of “on the run,” and, “facing charges that may land him in jail,” there were, in fact, two (2) government audits of unknown origin in the final year of business, which showed that all aspects of Gardner and Quinn were in orderAdditionally, I continue to live in the same town where I was bom and raised; so, apparently, I haven’t had to run very far.Regards,Paul [redacted] Q***

Review: This company manages rental properties for land lords. They hold your money and send you payments at least that is what they say they will do..I asked for rent three months ago and did not receive a penny of my money I have canceled contract and was told my checks were mailed 20 days ago. this was also the case when I would ask for a monthly payment. The people working in the office have no idea what or who they are talking about.I believe this is a scheme where this man takes from peter to pay paul and fills his own pockets. I've never seen a business that can not even write a check and successfully mail it. This guy Is a scammer and I would highly recommend not doing business with him or his companyDesired Settlement: I want my money sent to me tired of these phone excuses
