Garrison Stone Works

Review: We paid Garrison Stone works $7000.00 on November **, 2013 to complete two projects: place blue stones on our front walkway and lay belgium block on the driveway. The total cost of the job was $6543 but we paid a flat rate of $7000.00 in the anticipation of more work to be done with the company in the future. It is now August [redacted] and the job is only a third of the way completed. Despite many emails and phone calls, [redacted] of Garrison Stone works has not returned to the job site since about April [redacted]. We keep receiving reassurances that the job will be done within a week or two but no work is done.Desired Settlement: We feel that we have given Garrison Stone works ample time to complete the job, assurances that it will be completed soon can no longer continue. We wish to receive a partial rembursement for the job. We paid $7000.00 we think it would be fair if Garrison Stone Works returns $4500.00 to us so we can hire another company to buy the belgium block, and finish both jobs.
