Revdex.com, July 19, 2017: R*** J*** placed an order through our Black Knight Shop for $1, August 8, 2017: Black Knight Shop package was shipped weighing lbs oz via USPS (Tracking #: ***) August 11, 2017: USPS
delivered to R*** J***’s home in *** ***, **, *** August 23, 3017: BK Shop contacted R*** in regards to the package she mailed back to our office weighing lb ozThe package contained only unsigned Gary Player Golf Balls inside of itThe autographed book and golf ball were removedR*** claimed she did not receive any autographed merchandiseR*** would not answer BK Shop’s enquire if the package had arrived damaged or tampered with or if USPS was contacted. BK Shop informed R*** that BK Shop does not issue refunds on autographed or personalized items as stated in our Return Policy on our websiteHowever, BK Shop ensured that we will have Mr Player autograph items again and will UPS overnight this package to her when he is back in the USA at no additional cost. BK Shop also issued a refund to R*** J*** on 08/23/for $for shipping costs and unsigned Gary Player Golf Balls that were returned. Our Black Knight Shop return policy helps ensure that all autographed or personalized memorabilia is not sold or distributed for reselling purposesPlease see attached all correspondence, BK Shop invoice, and USPS details. August 29, 2017: R*** J*** filed a dispute to her financial institutionOur PayPal account put this money on hold. September 14, 2017: PayPal took hold off and told us this transaction was covered under Seller Protection as we met the requirements. October 13, 2017: BK Shop overnighted package with new memorabilia as promised to R*** J***(Tracking #: ***) October 13, 2017: R*** J***’s financial institution decided in her favor and R*** received her money back

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  The merchant is, unfortunately, not being completely honest. I did NOT receive the autographed items. Nor did anyone at my address receive the items. I opened the package I received from this merchant personally and there were no autographed items in it at the time it reached me. I immediately notified the merchant of this issue and they did nothing about it. I have since learned that was due, in part, to the fact that they didn't insure the package they sent to me for some bizarre reason. At that point I asked them to refund my money for the items I never received and returned back to them the one item I did. They accepted that return and refunded my money for the one item returned. They then refused to refund my money for the items not received. They keep citing to their return policy that doesn't allow you to return a signed item. That doesn't apply to this situation AT ALL! The merchant also states in their response that I have ultimately received a full refund through filing a chargeback with my credit card. Again, a very misleading response because they are fighting the chargeback trying to prevent me from getting that refund through that process. That chargeback has not been finally settled to my knowledge. If the merchant would like to respond back to this complaint with a specific statement that they have no intention of fighting the chargeback any further and they fully agree and consent to the chargeback being decided in my favor, and that they have or will be immediately notifying my credit card company of that position, then I would accept that response as resolving this complaint. Based on the impression this merchant attempted to provide to you, the Revdex.com, to close this complaint, I presume if they were being truthful then they will have no problem at all providing such a statement. Otherwise, they just need to issue me a full refund and I will then close the chargeback in their favor after receiving a full refund. Those are the only acceptable responses from this merchant at this point. Thank you.
