As you can appreciate the boler was 7 years old and with running changes to products we do the best we can to carry parts to fix these isssues sometimes we fall short on this but not without reason as boiler manufacturers are forever changing systems to improve on customer demand so not all parts are interchangeable.So as a policy here within our company we strive to keep customers happy and we do apoligize for your inconvience. We will issue a cheque for the full amount you have requested for $648.00
