This is regarding complaint ID # [redacted] Apparently Revdex.com emailed me about this, followed by a phone call We got the phone call; however, the email was in another folder Please not that we have been dealing with this customer for almost several weeks Also, yesterday, I sent the same email to *** of your organization. The customer claims that we sent faulty parts We have, several times, explained to the customer that we get our parts directly from the machine shops that produce our products There are no middle men We use the new parts to fill our orders At no time do we maintain faulty parts on the premises The customer claims that we sent compromised parts; we have stated that that would have been impossible We believe that from the time we shipped this customer his products and the time he returned them to us, they became damaged They have all the ear marks of faulty installation We do say on our website that we guarantee our products for life, with the exception of products damaged through faulty installation We further say in our product instruction sheet that professional installation is recommended Should you prefer, we would by happy to provide photos of the returned damaged product, along side the pristine products that we ship As of now, this issue has been resolved We sincerely believe that we sent this customer good parts However, in the interests of future business with this customer, we offered a compromise The customer agreed: Amazon allows a 50% restocking fee, on returned timesWe accepted the returned parts and have refunded 50% of what he paid The customer agreed to a 50% restocking feeRichard N***, PresidentWrenTech Industries, LLCAdvantage Tactical Sight [redacted]

I sent the same email to [redacted] of your organization. The customer claims that we sent faulty parts. We have, several times, explained to the customer that we get our parts directly from the machine shops that produce our products. There are no middle men. We use the new parts to fill our orders. At no time do we maintain faulty parts on the premises. The customer claims that we sent compromised parts; we have stated that that would have been impossible. We believe that from the time we shipped this customer his products and the time he returned them to us, they became damaged. They have all the ear marks of faulty installation. We do say on our website that we guarantee our products for life, with the exception of products damaged through faulty installation. We further say in our product instruction sheet that professional installation is recommended. Should you prefer, we would by happy to provide photos of the returned damaged product, along side the pristine products that we ship. As of now, this issue has been resolved. We sincerely believe that we sent this customer good parts. However, in the interests of future business with this customer, we offered a compromise. The customer agreed: Amazon allows a 50% restocking fee, on returned times.. We accepted the returned parts and have refunded 50% of what he paid. The customer agreed to a 50% restocking fee.
