I am rejecting this response because:Gateway RV is the only place within an hour to service ***We have not been rude with them and have only expressed our frustrations; to which Brian has offered up no extra helpThey were also going to refuse any further work over the summer because the companyy thought we only had a year warrantyWhich we informed them was wrong and they had to look it upThen they were willing to work with us againI believe anyone would be upset like ourselves we they repeatedly have to take their camper back for the same issues that were supposedly fixedNot to mention the turnover rate of employees in the service department giving the same speech everyone "We will definitely fix these problems and you won't have to worry again."

Mr Schmidt, has a warranty issue and a factory problem not one that was created by Gateway RvWe represent the factory as an agent and we did not manufacture the trailer We have had numerous contactors out here to fix a linoleum floor no one was willing to make the repair as it is a small job
Nothing has prevented him from using the trailer to campThe contactor is scheduled to come out this weekMake the repair and his unit will be available to pick upThank you
Gateway Rv has performed warranty repairs on Ms *** trailer multiple timesWe have also been dealing with *** *** (her friend) We have repaired items not covered by warranty at our expenseMs *** and Mr *** has been demanding and rude to our staffMs *** has most recently
threatening us with legal action.Given these circumstances we suggest Ms *** go to any other *** dealership for future warranty issues as this work can be performed by many dealers in this area

The floor repairs are completed today we have talked to Mr [redacted] as to the status periodically floor repair companies were not willing to make the repair it was out of our control

I am rejecting this response because: I dropped of my camper to be fixed. I had an appt. on oct. 15. My problem is I was not properly notified on the status of my camper. I don't want to us a camper that is torn up.

Mr [redacted], Dropped his 2003 Trailer off on July 10th for service, he did not purchase it here. He picked it up on July 26th this is the peak of our season we have many trailers here waiting for repairs. He was told and agreed to our labor rate of 119 per hour the minimum to inspect...
determine the extent of his problems. We inspected and told him of the severity of the repairs prior to doing any work. He chose not to have us do any work other than the estimate and inspection. We spent over one hour on his unit. There is no refund due.
