Gateway Service Center

I have now taken my vehicle there multiple times and have been completely satisfied every time. As of writing this review (9/12/14), they have a D- rating on the Revdex.com site for one complaint. It's a farce. These guys are the real deal! For instance... My latest experience with them was a strange electrical issue with my jeep. They determined it was a bad cell in my battery. But to be absolutely sure that was the problem, the owner told me, "take it home and drive it around for a few days to make sure we solved the problem. Then call back with a report. If it solved the problem, you can pay for the battery then." Have anyone reading this ever heard of a mechanic doing work, then let the customer test it for a few days without paying? At the end, he charged me for the battery and a small install fee, and that was it. Unbelievable service. I'd recommend these guys to anyone. If the people that determine the rating read this, you aught to change the rating to A++, or risk losing your credibility.
