My furnace went out with 6 degree temperature. I called in and spoke with a young lady who dispatched the service call, and to my surprise I received a call from the technician in about 20 minutes. Technician was able to meet me at my home in about an hour. The technicians name was [redacted], and he was very professional and educated in his field. [redacted] even took the time to explain to my warranty company the situation, and although I did not get favorable results with the warranty company, I spoke with the owner of the company, [redacted] who was also very courteous and professional, and he was able to find us financing. We got everything signed and taken care of that evening and they were there the next morning to install my new furnace. [redacted] really has a way of explaining things that you can relate with, and [redacted] even exhibited the professional courtesy of a follow up call - something that is rare these days - just to make sure I got a phone call from the lender. Gault tended to my home in an emergency situation and I am very thankful. I would recommend them to anyone!
