He reinstalled everything efficiently and was a great help. I loved the fact that they came to the house. I could not be more pleased. All was resolved by Sunday p.m.

Technician appeared on time, diagnosed problem, explained everything, including repair alternatives. Offered to purchase what I needed, but said I could buy it myself, which I did. Upshot: All data is saved after a very reasonable downtime at a very reasonable cost. I believe these folks are extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy and I highly recommend!!

It has been necessary for me to call Geeks 2 You twice, the last time as my computer was held captive by a ransom virus. They were timely, polite and very knowledgeable. The two technicians that came to my house were able to explain the problems to me in a way in which I could understand. I am 100% happy with their service and would recommend this company to anyone, in fact, I already have.

[redacted] was our technician and he was wonderful and very knowledgeable, He was prompt in his service when I really needed help and diagnosed the issues correctly. He actually had to come out a few times for both of my computers and did not try to upsell me on any services I did not need. I would not be happier with this company and would highly recommend them!
