This is the most unprofessional company that I have had the displeasure to work withThe lack of communication to all parties during the closing of my property was un-excusableI had to repeatedly request a time and final amount from my agent and it wasn't until Involved management was involved, that I finally got a response- a couple of days before we closedAfter the closing they failed to complete the paperwork on their end, thus preventing us from having utilities for several weeksThe constant hassle of begging them to perform their duties coupled with the fact that we were re-locating from several states away, caused an extreme hardship for my family
If you want to be robbed and ripped of, choose this company.
$170 for changing a fuse (a less than 30 second service). And to top it off, their manager said that this is their price and that I should've asked before-hand. I was told about the $75 visit fee, but not that to change a fuse would cost an additional $95. And they still claim that the right service "protocol" was performed.
Customer service was awfully rude and unhelpful.
