Review: They sold me 3 defective shirts.

They sold me 3 defective shirts. I bought 5 t-shirts and 3 of them were defective. The 2 black ones I bought had a white fade line across the chest in the same exact ares. One of the grey ones I bought had what looked like inventory numbers in ink written across one of the shoulders. When I took the shirts in they refused to exchange them because I had washed them. I always wash my clothes before wearing and didn't notice the defect before putting them in the washer. They issue I have is that washing them didn't cause the defects and doesn't change the fact that they were defective. Also it is not my job to inspect the shirts to make sure they aren't selling defective ones. Washing them does not change the fact that they were defective and did not cause the shirts to be defective. Desired Settlement: All I wanted was the shirts to be exchanged for ones that are not defective. I didn't want money, just what I paid for.
