Review: My wife and I bought a car from this car lot, but once they got our money, they treated us horribly. They ignored our calls, refused to make repairs they had promised us they would do, and were even driving our car and putting miles on it (without our permission!) while it was sitting in their lot waiting to be repaired for a month and still never got fixed!! They lied to us to get our money, then did not care how they treated us. They told us their new customers were more important than us and came first. We were a customer!! So once they get your money, forget ever getting any service from them again. My husband called quite frequently to get the repairs done for probably up to a year after we bought it. They finally just flat out refused to do anything else for us that they had promised us when we bought it. I strongly advise anyone to stay away from this car lot and not to do business with them. They lie about their vehicles just to sell them. They told us it had a new battery in it, yet when we started having issues with the car not starting (shortly after we brought it home), we found out the battery was from 2004! The battery had the date on it. I just wish we had thought to look first. Please think long and hard before giving this business your money and business.Desired Settlement: We would like $200 from having to purchase a new battery since they told us it was a brand new battery. I think this would offset the many parts they promised to order for us and repair, yet they never did. Their rude behavior and attitude towards us needs to be public knowledge to warn others about them. We gave them a year or more to fix the issue, but they refused and told us they would absolutely not do anything else.
