I am very dissatisfied with this auto body shopevery time I went by to check on the progress of my truck, Dan G*** wanted more money from me, when I inspected the truck I saw no improvement in the work! Dan did what ever he wanted, he did not listen to instructions as to the work I wanted donethe truck was to be completed in January of 2016, after seven months the truck was just a cab sitting on a frameno bed, fenders, doors, or interiorto date he has charged me over seven thousand dollars and the truck is worthless, he was so proud of the interior he painted, on inspection I found he had painted over a decal above the rear view mirror, I asked to have it removed and repainted, he stated no, it will be there for everhe would ask for parts and I ordered and delivered or had them shipped directly to his shop, to date over three thousand dollars in parts not installed on the truckDan kept telling me how great the truck was going to look when done and kept suggesting that I ok additional work to the truck, he is a smooth talker and a liar but, not an honest person even though he speaks on god and his father being a preacherlike Gillian's island a three hour tour has turned into eight month disaster!

My client, Generations Auto Sports, has requested that I respond to the inquiry from the above captioned individualSimply put, there are two issues which have resulted in Mr***'s vehicle not being completed.First, he directed my client to not order the necessary parts, that he would do so
himself and provide them personallyThe effect of this decision was that not all of the provided parts fit and the correct parts had to be then procuredThe second delay was that Mr*** kept requesting that additional work be done to his truck The obvious effects of these additional requests were that it took additional time and resulted in additional cost.Currently the vehicle continues to be kept safely at mv client's shop and he owes my client $2,Upon receipt of the monies owed, he will release the truck to Mr*** and he can seek to have his work done else ware.My client further advises that he has received communication regarding his lack of responseI believe that my office sought additional time to replyIf for some reason this did not happen, this should not prejudice Generations Auto Sports.Should you desire further clarification, I will be happy to obligeIf this response, rectifies this matter, please have Mr*** make arrangements to pay my client and remove his vehicle
