Failure to properly repair tiled shower's underlying plumbing problem under one year warranty by builder after his failed cosmetic attempts.Water seepage through grout in tiled shower of new home causing calcium effluence problem and discoloration. Builder has made to attempts at cosmetic repair by re-grouting shower 2 times - the second time with epoxy grout.
