situation. We have been in business since 1995, and we constantly strive to make sure that our customers and clients receive extremely useful and high quality products. We are NOT in the business of tricking our customers and clients in any way or stealing money from them. If that were the case, then our company would have been closed down by the authorities years ago. Our company delivers excellent products to our customers and clients, and we generously reward the customers and clients with HUGE amounts of valuable and useful bonuses! We promise and guarantee this. If you had an issue with one of our products, why didn't you contact us first in order that we can resolve the matter without the involvement of the Revdex.com? We would have been more than happy to make sure that the matter to your satisfaction.
In your statement to the Revdex.com, you've stated that you've neglected to send us a dollar ($1.00) for postage in order to get information about one of our offers. Sending us a dollar in order to receive information wouldn't have been necessary for you; on our website it plainly states that we only request a dollar from inquirers who live OUTSIDE of the United States, and that is for the purpose of covering international postage rates. You live in Pennsylvania, so we only require that inquirers who live in the United States only send a self-addressed stamped envelope for information. It seems as though you misunderstood the instructions that are stated on our website.
You've also stated to the Revdex.com that our website says: "Immediate cash help of any amount decided on." Our company website, which is www.gennyweb.com has never ever had that statement on the website. Never EVER! You must have our website confused with another one, in regards to that matter. That statement is not even on any sheet of paper or form that we have ever sent or released to anyone, public or private. That is a solid fact.
We are anxious to resolve this matter by sending you compensation for this situation. Within five business days from the date of this response, you will receive mail from us via the regular postal service. Once again, I apologize personally for your experience in regards to this matter, and I producing satisfactory results for you.
