Review: On December **, 2013 at 6:35 pm I Purchased some game from Game Express in the Bronx. I got 4 Games. Just Dance 2014, Mario & Sonic: Winter Olympic/Wii, Karaoke President, Sing it up Pop Hits Diseny and Def Jam Rapster for my Daughter Christmas Gift. On Christmas morning she she opened her gift the Mario & Sonic Winter Olympic Wii had NO DISC inside this game was suppose to be a NEW game cause it have the plastic oner the cover. I called the store and they told me that its a new game and if the disc is not there then they would have to go 50% each which mean I would have to pay them another $15.00.. I went to the store and they told me the same thing so I called 311 and made a complained... I brought back all the game with me cause no I don't want none. they still refuse to give me the game so I called the COPS they told them the same things that 50% each I then took everything out the bag and said I wanted a refund I need my money back my daughter start crying so I felt the store and went to Target but it was CLOSED so we took a cabs home.Desired Settlement: I would like for then to replace the DISC was was NOT in the case cause it was my daughter Christmas gift

In regards to this scenario we listened to customer's complaint which lacks credibility and highly irregular given that these are brand new untampered pieces of merchandise. We explained profusely what our company policy is for this issue and that the company only offers exchange for the same item if proven defective or credit if the merchandise in question is not in stock.

The company still stands by its decision to only issue store credit or exchange in the amount of $29.99 for the sole item (Nintendo wii: mario & sonic winter olympic).
