required more time than the customer was willing to wait.Even though the product was ready to be shipped, the customer insisted on a Refund.It’s is NOT our standard policy to make returns as all the products that we manufacture a Custom Special, design to the unique specifications of THAT customer and has very little, if NO value, to anyone other customer.Therefore, NO Refunds are made. However, in this particular case, because I was ill and out of the office, for some time, a full Refund was granted and made to the customer, on November 4th, 2017, by [redacted] on our behalf. Therefore this matter is settled. Best Regards, Joe M[redacted]PresidentFerrisphere, Inc.
