We had a long standing service contract with G. Burns. When problems with the heater arose, we had a total of 4 service visits over 10 days. The first two were not helpful, the problem wasn't solved. When I called them again, I was berated and told I was "stupid" (yes, the branch manager really said this, and many other similarly rude things I cannot put in print) and that there is nothing wrong with the heater.
Finally somebody else came out again (days later, no heat in the meantime) and found the problem. Then, after the part came in, they came again for repair. Needless to say, we pay for all of this. The verbal abuse by the manager was free. Despite me asking several times, I have been unable to identify or talk to the business owner.
