We are terribly sorry for the issues [redacted] have experienced with their Denali 5th wheelWe understand their frustration and have honestly tried to helpWe had already reached out to the manufacturer who has been in direct contact with these nice folksI personally contacted the President of this division asking for assistanceSince we are the outside party, all we are able to do is wait to hear what is worked out between the two partiesThis particular complaint to the Revdex.com seems unfair considering all the special attention and assistance we have givenBut, I do understand they want results as quickly as possibleIt just seems that all of our efforts on their behalf have gone unappreciatedBelieve me, we have bent over backward and will continue to do soAlong this line, I don't think we have ever had a better group of service people in our years of businessThey are caring and work very hard to get solutions to complex issuesRV warranties are not processed in the same manner as the auto industryIt takes a great team to see things throughLord knows we try! These folks that complained will be happy once their problems are solved, I'm sure of it!

This particular complaint to the Revdex.com seems unfair considering all the special attention and assistance we have given. But, I do understand they want results as quickly as possible. Believe me, we have bent over backward and will continue to do so. Along this line, I don't think we have ever had a better group of service people in our 22 years of business. They are caring and work very hard to get solutions to complex issues. RV warranties are not processed in the same manner as the auto industry. It takes a great team to see things through. Lord knows we try! These folks that complained will be happy once their problems are solved, I'm sure of it!

I would like to proceed with arbitration. I feel that as of today, the factory, Geo M. Sutton RV, and myself are at an impasse.
