Good morning,Mr*** called in on Friday, September 1st and spoke with my office manager concerning invoice *** sent to the property at *** *** *** *** ** *** earlier that week, along with all other past due invoices LM Wilson Heating & Air showed outstandingMr*** stated
that he did not live at that property, nor had ever conducted business with LM Wilson Heating & Air, and was concerned as to how he was listed on an invoice that didn't belong to himMy office manager looked into the account and discovered that he called in on July 26, for an estimate on a new HVAC unit at the property on *** *** ***; his contact information was also on the customer fileHe explained that he was getting a quote for a friend that lived at the property at that time but never lived at the property and had no affiliation whatsoever with the property at the time of the outstanding invoice, October 17, My office manager understood his concerns and explained that the previous customer information (the actual debt holder) was overlooked by a temporary employee whom was sending these invoices out and apologized for the mixupShe informed the customer that his information would be removed from that account, that no legal action nor credit reporting had been conducted, and ended the call with what seemed like a pleasant resolution after a few more apologies for the confusionPlease see attached the original invoice the temporary employee should have used to resend the outstanding invoice as well as the current invoice; showing all of Mr***'s information has been since removed, as well as the credit adjustment writing off the bad debt for the previous homeowners LM Wilson Heating & Air has been unable to contact.
