He runs his business from his house. I came right at my apt time and was ushered into his family room which had file crates full of tax returns lying around unsupervised while he was in his office with a client. The client did not leave until an hour later, after which [redacted] was calmly walking around filing papers, making and taking calls. I was ushered into the office 80 mins past the apt time, by which time I was getting really frustrated. When I asked him if it was normal to have such delays, not only did he never apologize , he basically said this kind of wait was normal, you have to wait other places so why not here, conveyed multiple times that I could always goto [redacted] spoke very softly , almost whispering. When I said I could not understand him, he immediately responded that he could not understand me either ( I may have an accent but I talk to customers for a living and speak just fine ). None of us raised our voices. But [redacted]'s complete lack of professionalism topped off with condescending behavior was unbelievable !!
