I have used this cotimes in years plus they were here a few months before I bought this mobile home visits the worker/s were professional and did good work The other visits the worker refused to speak to me, 1st time I was having odors from the air vent pipe The worker ran down the hallway and started to go through all the bathroom and hall closets ignoring my requests for him to stop he looking in the wrong room; then he almost broke the roof seal around a sewer air vent pipe and I will have to hire someone else to fix the problem because he didn't correct the problem, 2nd time they added another shut off to main water intake while I was gone and I couldn't find it (nor other people who looked) The worker didn't knock on the door but began to climb under the trailer, turned on the water but took off running to his van when I asked him to show me where the new shut off was located in case I needed to use it I left messages at the business stating I needed to know where it was located but they never called me back There was a repair for a leak years earlier that they supposedly fixed around the same area (made by previous owner so I can't say for sure which lines they replaced) After I lived here a couple months, I had a leak at the tub drain plug, when I looked under the trailer noticed where they worked on the previous leak the clothes washer discharge pipe was not hooked the new T waste line but lying on the ground, both had the blue marks of the PVC glue so either they were not connected tightly or they forgot to install them
