I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. The owner of Gerard's, Joe Jr., went out of his way to fulfill my order - despite having mistakenly given away the wine I had purchased. Rather than simply refunding my payment, Joe managed to secured a case of the wine I had ordered - at a higher cost which he picked up - from a third party and had it shipped to me (which I received yesterday). I am fully satisfied with Joe's professional response and desire to ensure the happiness of his customers and would recommend him to others based on how he handled the situation.
