Reasons for rejection:
Reason - Doctors office has not contacted me since June 26, Attached documents show my many attempts to schedule an appointment and receive services paid forI paid for services the doctor will not preformRejecting because there is an outstanding
balance of money I paidIf I accepted her letter it doesn't correct the situationHer office will not return phone calls, emails, emails via her websiteHow do I get the service or my money back?
Reason - Doctor's letter stated appointment was missed because I was in a hurryThis is not trueI arrived on time for my 5PM appointment scheduled June At 5:PM the staff told me it would be 6:30PM at the earliest before she could see meI did not have time to wait to see if she would be able to meet with meI asked for them to put in writing that the service was not completedThey would notthey also would not let me talk to the doctor
Reason - Per the doctors letter it stated I was a no show for July appointmentThis appointment was made on June The staff would not provide me an appointment card and stated they didn't know if she would be availableThey said they would call and confirmI never received any phone callsAttached documentation shows the amount of times I tried to connect with the office to see if my appointment was scheduled
Reason - I use medical provides all the time for or more yearsI have never had this problemI show up to my scheduled appointments and the medical provider provides the service they were paid to doShe needs to provide justification that she can keep my money when she refuses to honor appointments
Reason - I tried to talk with her before taking this matter to the Revdex.comShe refused to return calls, accept visits, or return emailsBecause it has escalated to this point I do not want the serviceI fear she may not preform them as promised or could do damage or preform them in a way that will not helpI just want my money back for services not receivedShe can keep the money for services she didIt's only fair and any other scenario she has stolen from me
