I would definately not reccomend this law firm to anyone. Called about a claim repeatedly. Lawyer never called back. Found out my file was sitting on his desk for at least two months. When I finally did get to talk to him he said he needed to send me a power of attorney to sign and I would have the check the following week. Waited two weeks. Never got the paper to sign. Never got the check. Again I had to call him. Receptionist told me paper to sign was never sent. Wanted [redacted], the girl working on my case to call me back. Never did. Right now, I am really frustrated. When I call, I never get a call back -from [redacted] or the lawyer. They know had bad I need the money but it doesn't seem to matter. I have tried to be patient. I don't like having to call all the time. My son is seriously ill and worrying about them NOT doing their job is the last thing I need right now.
