I understand what the business is saying. However, the last statement "we do whatever it takes to keep customer happy" . They know that I am not doing financially well. While my financial condition is not their responsibility, I have been told by other car businesses such as Midas that this type of situation does not happen due to the tire being driven on "too long" in addition I was never told about the scratches on the rim as was mentioned in the reply. I need the $75 dollars as well that I had to pay to fix the tire pressure monitor. This would satisfy me, and resolve the issue.
