I've paid a deposit on interior shutter installation and the owner (Cordell ***) has not done the installation AT ALL
I commissioned with*** (owner of both Get Blinds Today and Design Concepts International) to measure and install interior shutters in my living room in October 31, I have a printed contract showing the amount of deposit paid, and the balance due; I also have the cancelled check where Mr*** has cashed my check months ago, but to date still no installation has been done

I paid over $for shutters that were never delivered.I believe he deliberately ripped me and others off and fled townI want my money back
