At this time, I have been contacted directly by [redacted] regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: The business did contact me to allow me to cancel my account (after several days of my attempts to contact them) When I brought up the myriad of reasons I was canceling, specifically that they were dishonest and evasive, they quickly granted my plea to cancel This indicated that they had been caught in a lie and did not want to proceed any further However, they did not mention my complaint to the Revdex.com Either they were unaware of it, or simply did not care The fact that they have not responded to you directly suggests the latterRegardless, they have never attempted to contact me since to directly discuss my complaint with the Revdex.com, nor have they refunded the funds that were withdrawn from my account The business was not forthcoming about the issues I presented They recorded the call and did not admit wrongdoing but also did not outwardly deny my allegationsFurthermore, I would suggest publishing the complaint to warn others going forward not to do business with this particular firm, [redacted] Thank you In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

I was looking for MEDICAL insurance on line and received several phone calls Upon speaking to GetMEDI told the agent EXACTLY what I was looking for (a medical insurance policy and I was very detailed) He said he had the perfect plan for me - no co-pays for doctors, hospital, prescriptions as well as no thresholds on expenses He made it sound like a great plan I asked for a benefits summary and he said I will receive an email but it will be a general one and my personal one will follow after I make my first payment (one month plus enrollment fees) I never received the general benefits summary and tried to contact them by calling back the number they called from and was unable to make contact My wife kept telling me when I got home and told her about the plan that it seems funny that I couldn't get a benefits summary for my specific plan and she was right but by that time I had already given them my banking information The funds came out of my account and then an email was sent with the information To my surprise there were thresholds along with co-pays My wife then read the policy She said this sounds like a supplemental plan She looked further into the email and read about the company and it clearly stated this is not a medical insurance plan (that is not what the person on the phone told me) I have days to cancel but will lose a non-refundable enrollment fee of $which in my opinion I should get back as they mislead me on the phone along with being unable to contact them when I didn't receive an email because I would have reviewed it at that time and declined their benefits program Please beware of this company or any insurance company that can not provide you with a benefits summary prior to giving them your banking information or making any decisions We also looked the company up online and saw several complaints regarding this company so we decided to add to the complaints so no one else gets talked into a policy that they don't need The economy is bad enough, let alone have to pay for something you don't need One of the other complaints stated that they couldn't get their money back and that they kept going into their account even after they cancelled the policy I hope you are reading this as we wished we would have done the research prior to enrolling

Review: after signing up with company for insurance, I decided not to leave my current company. I called the first of Oct, and canceled requesting a refund. I didn't receive the refund, and I have had 2 debits to my account since. I called in Nov and again requesting this to be cancel and receive a refund. My husband also called in Nov to cancel and requested a refund for all debits. We have not used this insurance, and have now had a total of $1454.85 debited from my account.Desired Settlement: Refund of all money debited.

I was looking for MEDICAL insurance on line and received several phone calls. Upon speaking to GetMED360 I told the agent EXACTLY what I was looking for (a medical insurance policy and I was very detailed). He said he had the perfect plan for me - no co-pays for doctors, hospital, prescriptions as well as no thresholds on expenses. He made it sound like a great plan. I asked for a benefits summary and he said I will receive an email but it will be a general one and my personal one will follow after I make my first payment (one month plus enrollment fees). I never received the general benefits summary and tried to contact them by calling back the number they called from and was unable to make contact. My wife kept telling me when I got home and told her about the plan that it seems funny that I couldn't get a benefits summary for my specific plan and she was right but by that time I had already given them my banking information. The funds came out of my account and then an email was sent with the information. To my surprise there were thresholds along with co-pays. My wife then read the policy. She said this sounds like a supplemental plan. She looked further into the email and read about the company and it clearly stated this is not a medical insurance plan (that is not what the person on the phone told me). I have 30 days to cancel but will lose a non-refundable enrollment fee of $135.00 which in my opinion I should get back as they mislead me on the phone along with being unable to contact them when I didn't receive an email because I would have reviewed it at that time and declined their benefits program. Please beware of this company or any insurance company that can not provide you with a benefits summary prior to giving them your banking information or making any decisions. We also looked the company up online and saw several complaints regarding this company so we decided to add to the complaints so no one else gets talked into a policy that they don't need. The economy is bad enough, let alone have to pay for something you don't need. One of the other complaints stated that they couldn't get their money back and that they kept going into their account even after they cancelled the policy. I hope you are reading this as we wished we would have done the research prior to enrolling.

Review: I was solicited over the phone by GetMED regarding enrollment of health insurance on the evening of June **, 2014. That same evening I contacted GetMed (###-###-#### ext:[redacted]) in order to cancel the policy. I did not feel comfortable with the agreement since there was no available information on the company online and I was never provided an agent producer number from the insurance agent. The gentleman I spoke with insured me the policy would be canceled and I would received $300.00 of the $469.95 which was automatically deducted from our bank account. I asked for a receipt number but the agent refused to give me one and I was told the $300.00 would be credited back to my bank card in seven to ten business days. It is now August **, 2014 and I have not received my refund. I have received a letter from the company informing me my payments are past due and my "membership" will be cancelled. I did try contacting the company again but I was only able to get an odd voice mail. When I tried to call back again I did speak to a gentleman who would not give his name and I was told my agent was busy and would call me back in ten minutes. I never received a call back and when I tried to call again I can now only get the voice message telling me to call back during business hours, which it was business hours.Desired Settlement: I do not trust this company and I would like a full reimbursement of my $469.95 in the form of a check. The policy was never used and was cancelled five minutes after purchasing. I would just like my money back. The bank card used for initial payment has been cancelled because I feel this company is a scam and did not want them taking any more money.

Review: I was contacted my a sales rep after cancelling my previous health insurance for being too expensive. This company is predatory. I repeatedly told the sales person that I wanted to take a look at the plan and he legitimately appealed to my worst fears, "[redacted]"

Imagine my surprise when months later I attempted to use my "health insurance" card and it wasn't recognized BY ANYONE. It is not recognized by anyone on the "network" or in the field. It does not exist. This is a shell corporation posing as an insurance company aimed at scamming poor folks like myself. All along, I was paying them considerable amounts of money:

$60 down to start

$284.95 the following month to "join"

$149.95 a month (for 7 month)

TOTAL: $1394.60 FOR NO BENEFITS!!!

Shame on this company for taking a young person's hard earned money and taking advantage of honest people in general.Desired Settlement: I am not even asking for all of the money I gave this deplorable institution, simply the last payment of 149.95 which was paid only 10 days ago. I have never received any benefits for all of my payments. This is the least they can do.

Response:

At this time, I have been contacted directly by [redacted] regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

The business did contact me to allow me to cancel my account (after several days of my attempts to contact them). When I brought up the myriad of reasons I was canceling, specifically that they were dishonest and evasive, they quickly granted my plea to cancel. This indicated that they had been caught in a lie and did not want to proceed any further. However, they did not mention my complaint to the Revdex.com. Either they were unaware of it, or simply did not care. The fact that they have not responded to you directly suggests the latter. Regardless, they have never attempted to contact me since to directly discuss my complaint with the Revdex.com, nor have they refunded the funds that were withdrawn from my account. The business was not forthcoming about the issues I presented. They recorded the call and did not admit wrongdoing but also did not outwardly deny my allegations. Furthermore, I would suggest publishing the complaint to warn others going forward not to do business with this particular firm, [redacted]. Thank you.
