Would not cancel my order when asked.

I have ask them repeatedly not to send these products and have returned 4 but they just keep coming. There is a stop on future checks. That I can find on the order there is no account number.

Desired Outcome

Stop this company from selling to dummies like me that have not paid attention to my bank account. Makes me fell like an idiot because I run a small busy business.

Getslim365 deducted money from my checking account prior to the agreed on date of the first of each month, causing my account to be overdrawn.
when I initially agreed to receive this product it was on an introductory offer and agreed to pay $19.00 for Garcinia Max slim 60 and $18.00 for Detox now to be deducted from my checking account the 1st of each month order number XXXXXX was billed to my account on the 28th of May a full 4 days earlier than agreed on. when asked if they would refund they refused because it was an introductory price. what the did is illegal and I would like a refund of the $37.00 and them to cover my overdraft fees of $60.00 since they ran it as two separate charges.

I want a refund and my overdraft fees covered.

Hello ***,

The charges are system generated every 30 days. When you called us on July 2017 to change your billing date effective August 1, 2017, the system then counts 30 days from August 1 for the next recurring charge and so on and so forth. Considering we have months with 31 days hence why the billing date was not exactly on the 1st of the month. What you're receiving is a 30 day supply of the products thus the reason why we need to follow the 30 day charges.

Im sorry but we cannot refund overdraft fees but I could credit back 2 months (April & May) worth of refund for a total of $74. ($18 x 2 ; $19 x2).

On three separate occasions GetSlim 365m, has charged my visa credit card ending in 8482, a total of $177.92, without shipping out my product order.
On 2/12/2018, using my visa credit card ending in 8482, I paid $4.92 for a twelve-day trial period of Garcinia Maxslim weight loss products. On 2/22/2018, I was admitted to UCI medical center for a fusion spine surgery. Prior to my admission, I had not received the twelve-day trial period products. While I was hospitalized, GetSlim365 had automatically charged my credit card $85.90 on 03/03/2018 and again $87.10 on 03/06/2018. I was released from the hospital on 03/06/2018 and immediately, phoned GetSlim365 customer support (@XXX-XXX-XXXX) to notify them that in fact, I hadn't received anything from their company. After checking, the customer representative agreed that I had not received anything and credited my visa card in the amount of $30 and $50 for separate amounts. The customer rep, also promised to mail me a check in the amount of $93.00, with an email confirmation. I neither received the promised check nor the email, despite my numerous call to GetSlim 365, customer support. Obviously, Getslim 365, is scamming customer out of their hard earned funds.

Desired Outcome

I would like to receive the amount of $97.92, for the funds that have not been refunded back to me.

GetSlim 365, reimbursed me for $93.00 via a check after I had my attorney write them a letter warning them of further action for not forwarding any items to me and charging my credit card fraudulently on three separate occasions. I also, had to cancel my credit card for security reasons.

Ordered only Garcinia MaxSlim but Detox Now was added after order was placed which added another $4.95.
Getslim 365 claims to have a free trial for Garcinia Maxslim but don't tell you it is only 14 days then you are automatically enrolled in a monthly subscription. Supposedly they tell you in their terms and agreement statement which I cannot find. Also when I ordered the Garcinia Maxslim, Detox Now was automatically added without picking it. They will not refund the full amount even if it is not used. Payment date for Garcinia Maxslim free trial was 2 February 2018. Order Number: XXXXXXX. Detox Now payment date was 2 February 2018 unwillingly. Order Number: XXXXXXX. They also added a Fitm8.World subscription when you order Garcinia Maxslim without knowledge charging $8.95. Charged on 19 March 2018. $85.90 for Detox Now was charged on 20 February 2018. $87.10 for Garcinia Maxslim was charged on 21 February 2018. $87.10 for Garcinia Maxslim was charged on 22 March 2018. No notification of shipment or tracking information.

Desired Outcome

Stop scamming people and fix their website to list their true nature and not to add items without knowledge. I think that is criminal.

When you order on our website you must agree to the terms and conditions which state that after 14 days + 4 days of shipping you will be charged for the bottles if you do not call to cancel and return the product. Customers account was closed by CSR on 3/23/2018, and was given a courtesy refund of $30.00 off of each charge out of customer courtesy. The customer is made aware of all charges throughout the ordering process. Prior to fully purchasing customers must acknowledge the trial period time frame (14 days from date of order and 4 days for shipping, a total of 18 days), shipping charges (4.97 detox and/or 4.92 garcinia per product), recurring charges ($85.90 detox and/or $87.10 garcinia - unless offered a promotional price). Customers are fully informed and must agree to the cancellation policy along with terms and conditions. During the ordering process customers must agree to all terms and conditions two (2) times with electronic signature. Ive attached the link to our terms below as well.

Customer has agreed to return the latest shipment received and was refunded partially for $35.00. We do not normally do this but as a ONE time customer courtesy we will refund the account in full for your return that is an additional $52.10 for Garcinia. Please let us know so we can process that refund for you.

Doesn't work! I canceled my subscription but was still charged for a product I didn't receive. Now they don't want to refund my money. Don't waste your time.

I was billed for a product that I neither want nor received.
I tried out the free product that only charges shipping and handling. I then decided that I did not like it and cancelled by subscription. However I was billed for a subsequent order that was never mailed. I contacted the company but have yet to hear back from anyone.

The customer's account was stopped on 01/13/18 as per request to cancel via email. And she was advised to contact our customer support via phone to discuss the charge or refund. Since we did not receive a call from the customer we were not able to make an adjustment. Because she was not able to call and cancel on or before the trial ended she was billed for the product she has on hand. We don't normally process a refund unless an unused or sealed product is returned to us. But as ONE time customer courtesy we have processed a full refund of $87.10 today 02/23/18. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect on the customer's account. I do not agree with the terms as I was under the impression that the first bottle was free as long as I paid shipping and handling. However I am glad that I received a full refund. If they still want the remainder pills, they are more than welcome to them. Thanks for your assistance!

Company made unauthorized charges on my account of over $170 and refused to refund
I purchased the Garcina MaxSlim and DetoxNow on 12/30/17 for under $5 a bottle - the shipping cost. On 1/17/18 my debit card was charged $85.90 and $87.10; I did not authorize these charges. I called their customer service and was told they would cancel my account and would only refund me $30 of each of those amounts. My cancellation confirmation is #XXXXXXX. They claimed the charges were authorized under the terms and conditions, but I did not see this information anywhere on their website when purchasing. I never would have bought a tiny bottle of supplements for $90 each! When I complained that the charges were ridiculous and that I want a refund, the customer service rep hung up on me.

Desired Outcome

I want a full refund of the $85.90 and the $87.10 charges since I was completely unaware these charges were attached to the purchase of the two bottles of supplements. I want to have these purchase amounts clearly listed on the website so that other consumers will understand what the full expense is. I want to have the information for the "trial period" and how to cancel the trial period to be clearly listed in the email that confirms the purchase that is sent to the customer.

The company has refunded the unexpected charges, and so I am completely satisfied with the resolution.

The product was offered to me on Facebook. It said free trial just $5.95. It said nothing about 2 weeks and that I would be automatically billed $85.90. To top that it forces you to buy the detox. The screen pops up and it is only $5.95 and it won't let you exit without choosing it. Long story short. The product came in while I was on vacation. I never opened it. My credit card was billed $85.90 twice. I called to return the unopened product. They wanted to charge me a $30 restocking fee.

I called and the representative Sam ext. 872 refused to let me speak to a manager after four times of me asking. a 'manager' travis finally took my call and refused to refund my full amount for a product that I did not receive nonetheless order. this company is a complete scam and has the absolute worst customer service I have ever in life experienced.
