EVERYTHING WE MAKE HERE IS CUSTOM MADE WOOD PRODUCTS HER SON BROKE BOTH OF THE PIECES AND WE HAD HERE RETURN THEM UPON LOOKING AT THE PRODUCT IT WAS CLEAR THAT IT WAS NOT OUR FAULT AND FAULT OF NEGLECT WE HAVE SINCE REFUNDED HER THE MONEY AND ASKED SHE NOT BUY FROM US ANY MORE ***

I wouldlike to add that my son used the bo staff appropriately.  He didn’t hit it against the wall, he hit it against his chest as part of his demo move.  He is 6 feet tall and weighs 145lbs. The wood used on this bo staff was bad because we have ordered bo staffs from them before and they still work great, and don’t break when he hits them against his chest. But the business refused to accept that the wood was bad.  I had to have my lawyer call him in order to get a refund. With my recent experience with GForce’s customer service and product, I will never order from them again.
