G&G Limousine

Review: This was supposed to be a white limo for our wedding. Instead we get a black limo, the heater is stuck running, the driver couldn't even turn it off so we drive from Denton to Dallas with the windows down and the heat blasting full force in a tux and a wedding dress. The limo itself was a disgrace, the seats were torn, the rope lighting was hanging off the ceiling, even the CD player was coming out of its housing. Very bad case of false advertising concerning the quality of their service.Desired Settlement: This should have been a no question full refund for ruining our wedding day but these people will only offer a 25% refund and they don't even apply that to the full bill! They still billed us full price for other things and would only apply the refund towards the "reservation"
