Review: I am a 84 year old and contracted with the vendor for cement repair on my sidewalk. The vendor agreed on $1,300.00 and demanded a cash deposit of $650.00. The work has not been done and the vendor refuses to return the deposit. 5/**/14 was the date of the contract.Desired Settlement: $650.00
