I looked up that issue with the customer. We have multiple emails to and from the customer stating the updates of when...
the product would ship. There was a delay with the manufacturer and the customer was informed any time we were updated. The customer did not want to cancel the order although we were more then willing to cancel the order and refund the purchase price.
The product shipped to the customer on 8/1/2014 and was delivered on 8/6/2014. The customer was not refunded since he opted to keep the order, again we have emails that prove this statement. We do have a tracking number showing that the customer signed for the package on 8/6/2014, since then we have not had any communication with the customer.
