Good Afternoon MsGarcia: I have reviewed the complaint that was submitted on behalf of *** ** *** It appears that his wife may have responded for him I have reviewed the incident report from that evening as well as spoken with our Tribal Gaming Office (who spoke with Mr
*** about a week after the incident) It appears that Mr*** was playing the Willy Wonka when a malfunction occurred on the machine causing it to go out of serviceAll of our machines are signed that “Machine Malfunction Voids All Pays and Plays” Mr*** dealt both with a Slot Attendant who refunded the money that Mr*** had in the machine and then a Slot Shift Manager also responded and provided Mr*** with an additional $in free play as a courtesy for the inconvenience From all accounts, Mr*** was satisfied with the resolution of the occurrence Mr*** then called our Tribal Gaming Office a week later and discussed the incident with our Chief of InspectorsHe came to the same conclusion as the Slot Floor Staff: a machine malfunction had occurred They also reviewed that Mr*** was provided with the amount of money he had in the machine as well as the additional $of free as a courtesy and agreed that the situation was handled properly. We appreciate the opportunity to address this concern, but we did take care of the issue for Mr*** and went above to ensure that besides his original amount in the machine, he was provided with the additional free bonus play amount of $for the inconvenience while they reviewed the incident on camera. I stayed at Wild Horse Pass hotel on September 3, 2015 and I was charged for a baby crib at $10 a night. I stayed at expensive hotels such as Marriott hotels and was never charged a fee for a crib. It was always complimentary. I am very disappointed with Wild Horse Pass hotel for this action.

Called ahead for early check-in verification at front desk. Upon arrival was told that check-in was at 4:00PM and I NEVER spoke to the front desk in regards to early check-in.
Next I went to the "Rewards Card" counter and was not offered a T-shirt like all the other guests. When I asked why this was so, I was told that I was too pushy. After being here for less than 30 minutes and having 2 negative experiences I asked for the manager to file a complaint. I was told that it was the weekend and no managers were available.
