Gino G'z Landscaping Plus

Review: I wrote a check to Geno G's Landscapping. He cashed it to his percsonal account by changing who it was written out to. Had said he'd be in and out of my back yard within a week. since he took almost 3 weeks to start the job, and now left my sprinkler system tore up, a pile of rocks and dirt in my driveway/sidewalk. And he has yet to properly grade my yard or deliver sod. For over three weeks dirt has been all over yard with eighborhood cats doing their duty in it. No sod has been delivered nor laid. He has given me every excuse from a he could not rent a tiller, a friend died out of state, had a flat tire on his trailer, he ex-wife let him spend time with his child unexpected, and now for over 3 weeks weather/grass unable to be cut from the fields. No contact since 1 May 2013 after my repeated attempts. I also have several voice mails, emails, and text messages to show additional information.Desired Settlement: I have given up on Mr [redacted] being capable of completing the job. I request a refund of $750.00 cash - and let him keep $300.00 for his one day of work and delivery of dirt, even though my sprinkler system now needs fixed because of him. He cut a wire while tilling.
