I have place a order with gitionline since Dec its dec 27th and I still have not receive my order ,I have to be calling the post office and thats not my job to do but theres but because I needed my dresses,I did it..nobody know where my order is.I keep calling them but they have no good customer service,now I have to wait until they put in a claim and still I dont have my order but they already got paid..they can replace it but refused to..how long do I have to wait..bad customer service
Ordered 2 items online which did not fit. Understanding that I can't get a credit card refund, I wanted to exchange one item and get store credit for the other. They "authorized" the store credit for one item and for the other item they declined as it was only exchangeable. So I agreed and asked for a bigger size in which they did not have so they informed me that I couldn't exchange it. So I just lost out on about $30 excluding the expedited shipping cost because I'm unable to exchange it. I will never shop online or in their store. Worse experience ever!
