Review: I consigned with Cities auctions to sell some of my mothers things after she passed away 12/24/14.I live in Tennessee so we agreed that after the things sold she would send me the paper work and the check. This was on Janurary 6,2015.I contacted her before Easter and she returned my call and told me my moms things had sold and she would send me the paper work and a check with end the week.I called and left messages on her cell phone to contact me so we could close this matter. I needed to finish my moms business as I am the executor.As of this date I have heard nothing and can not reach her by phone. I don't think it is a lot of money as why I haven't turned it over to my attorney helping me with the estate.I felt that I needed to make a complaint so that this may not happen to anyone elses family.I would like her to follow through with our contract. Thank you, [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like gitie to follow through our contract,and send me the money from the sale of my moms things that she took.
