They took our security deposit stating that there was damage to the home 'above and beyond normal wear and tear' but were unable to prove it.
I showed both before and after pictures of the home to them following move out after they stated we owed them $1300 for repainting the rental home and asked them to describe the damage specifically that was 'above normal wear and tear' and they refused. We are being charged for repainting when there was NO visible damage to walls and, if anything, the home was in better shape than when we moved in.

Desired Outcome

I'm willing to cover damages if above normal wear and tear but there is nothing included in their description of charges showing anything as such. I have attached pictures showing NO damage to the areas they state required repair, we are requesting a full-refund of deposit if they are unable to prove damage beyond the 'normal wear and tear' of a family living in a home for 4 years. I am also providing a screenshot of their 'charges'.

I was billed 191 for a service charge of a dirty appliance that I was not responsible for.
I moved into my house on March 1st. I was there a total of 4 days. On the 4th I left back to *** where I was on contract. While at the home I tried to use the dryer that was provided 1 time and it did not heat. I put in a maintenance request and a repair man came.
He was not there more than 20 minutes. He looked and stated the problem was in the hose going outside. It was clogged up with tons of lint. He unclogged it and left.
Later on I received a bill for 191 on my account for dirty appliance. This was a problem created by previous tenant. This problem could have also caused a fire. No one had checked it for a very long time considering how much lint was in the hose. I have tried to communicate with the company on this issue. I was told It was not listed on my move in paper. I am not in the habit of ripping a hose out of the wall that I have no knowledge of how to do so or get it back in. And possibly damage something. It should have been maintained and checked before I moved in.
I was not responsible for problem, and can prove I was out of town and had not been in the house more than 4 days. If they want someone to pay they need to bill the previous tenant who created the issue.

I would like the charge removed from my account.

This problem was taken care of.

I am currently renting a property through GK Houses, and for the fourth time our refrigerator has stopped working. Each time we have reported this issue it has taken a week and a half or more to hear any form of communication from their team. We would have to initiate all contact to get progress started or to get progress reports. When the technician came to fix the refrigerator the first time he told us that one of the refrigerator's liquid components was leaking, and would continue to leak, because he could only refill the liquid. He has returned to fix the refrigerator each time and each time he has said the same thing and has even put it in his report that the refrigerator needs to be replaced. We have also requested a new refrigerator because each time this has happened we have had to throw away everything in the refrigerator. This has occurred two times immediately after a trip to the grocery store. We have gone to buy ice to try and preserve meats in the freezer to no avail. We have reached out to GK Houses to ask them to help with the cost of having to throw out food and to go out to buy food for my family to eat, and the only thing we are getting in return is let me check, but I can't make any guarantees. On Saturday, it will have been two weeks since we reported that the refrigerator had gone out again. Once again we have tried to go to the office 3 times during business hours, and only one time last week was there anyone in the office. Since then I have been told that a new refrigerator has been ordered twice, but has yet to be delivered. I spoke with someone from delivery company today and they said that the refrigerator was just ordered yesterday and can't be delivered until next Tuesday.

Desired Outcome

Desired Settlement: Refund All I want is new refrigerator before next week, and some form of reimbursement for the inconvenience of having to throw away food and the purchase of new food.
