Dear Interested Seller, thank you for trying our Sell Program. I took a look at your record and I see that unfortunately we had to decline to remit an offer to you because you package did not contain full-sized, which is a requirement to sell to us. It looks like we sent you a
message relaying such, on 12/19/In this particular situation, we offer to options: 1) senders can request that we dispose/recycle their items for them, or 2) they can send payment for return shipping and we will safely pack and ship their items back to them. I checked with the Sell Department and we have not received a reply to our message that was sent in December

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this
response because: I have yet to receive a reply back from the owner of Glambot (***) in response to my multiple emails to her to settle this matter. My attorney has not received a reply back from her as well
I request proof of the communications in which they sent to me in response to my numerous requests from *** to my settlement of this matter. Please see my attachments for my proof of communications I have sent to her over the past year with no response
I have three more JPG screenshots of the email thread however it will not allow me to add them

The owner of Glambot, *** Horiuchi, has not replied to ANY of my emails nor has she tried to resolve this matter. Her company received well over $1,worth of makeup products and has not been professional in this matter by returning them or trying to settle this matter with me
I have tried NUMEROUS times to contact her but to no availI have requested proof that Glambot has tried to contact me to settle this matter and have yet to see this document however I have provided proof I have contacted *** and received NO reply from her over the past several months
This matter has been ongoing and I would like it settled. A thousand dollars worth of products with nothing to show back from the company is theft and against the law.Sincerely,*** ***

Our Team has been in communication with Ms. [redacted] over an extended period of time in regards to this issue and  have no further recourse available.  We have already communicated with her attorney and have heard no follow-up from him since.

to us, we are zip code 94107.  We sent a private courier to request and search for your package and was able to retrieve it.  You may see the tracking update later in the day.  Please check your email at the end of business hours tomorrow for your sell offer.  Again, I'm very sorry that your sell package was mis-handled by [redacted] and did not arrive to our location.

I'm sorry you're confused as to our sell process. We tell sellers what types of products and brands we accept. We have multiple reminders along the way as we don't want you to send in anything that does not qualify.  If you don't like our offer, you can reject. It looks like...

you accepted our offer and was paid in cash Because you accepted our offer and cash payment, we cannot send your items back as they no longer belong to you.  Anything that does not qualify for acceptance is either recycled or used for promotion purposes as is said in our policies, which you agreed to upon accepting our offer.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I do not believe that they are nable to tell me what items were rejected. I took their offer,  but was never given the chance to have my rejected items shipped back. Let me know what items were rejected and I will tell you if I want them back. 
Everything I submitted was a brand on your list. 
I was told they were all acceptable when I contacted customer service before sending them. Whatever you have decided were samples are STILL not known. 
 
Bad business practice if I am unable to get my items back that were rejected.
Sorry it took a report to Revdex.com for the company to even respond,  and it still isn't a real answer.

Based on the number of items you sent in and the offer you were sent, it's most likely that you either sent in brands that we don't accept (a list of accepted brands can be found here [redacted] that the items you sent in were not full sized (ie. samples or...

set/gift items). We do give a general break down as to what number of items were accepted and not accepted.  But our current system does not send the potential seller an itemized list.  If you did wish to accept our offer, you have the option to not accept and either have your items recycled or sent back for the cost of shipping. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to help!

For samples, yes we do take all brands. It seems as though there may be some confusion with respect to what constitutes a sample.

What the company says on there site and what they actually do, are two different things. I yes accepted there offer, and no I know im not getting my producrs back. I want my money for what you said your not selling or donating.. you lied to me, and others about your samples program. it says you take ALL brands and that is a lie, you took.all the samples I sent in and did not give me credit for them, claiming you do not take them, when on your Web site it says you do. pay me, and it's all over and said and done. you know your business is in the wrong. business owner to business you are very unprofessional..

I am extremely disappointed with Glambot. My 3rd purchase made a couple of weeks ago never showed, and apart from a very late answer, the customer service reps were extremely rude, and say that I am basically out of luck and theres nothing they will do. No replacement order, no makeup, no refund, they will do nothing. I am super disappointed and will not recommend them or use them again.
