I own two Priuses and have had to get hybrid battery service on each. Both times I used Taylor Automotive and had superlative service. They continually amaze me with their integrity and commitment to customer service and satisfaction. In my experience, their service is far superior to that of a dealer, they're a lot less expensive and they require a few hours where dealers want days.
