Review: On 11/1/13 I called this company for roadside assistance with a flat tire. My son was able to fix the flat before the driver arrived. I was charged $75 for non-service. I agree to pay money for the time the driver spent looking for us, but $75 is too much. When I did find a company to help us, they charged us nothing. My insurance company reimburses up to $50 even if we had received assistance. The man who answered the phone was incredibly rude. I would never recommend this company to a single person. At the very least, I'd like to be reimbursed $25 for the non-service.Desired Settlement: I'd like to be reimbursed $25 from what my insurance company covered for this company's non-service.

In response to [redacted]'s complaint there are of course several factors that she left out and or did not consider.

She called us saying that she was about 30 miles away from our location and that she had a flat tire on her vehicle. The driver was dispatched to leave on the call and went the 30 miles to the location that she said she was at and after not being able to locate her and calling her she stated she was more like 60 miles away from us. We then told her what the price would be to complete the job after the poor information from her and she then decided not to have us continue with the call and pay us for our time and mileage to that 30 mile location. In her first initial call she never asked a price of what the service would cost.

We then stated that we needed to collect for the time we already had invested in the call at the 30 miles which is really 60 miles round trip. At the cost of our vehicle, truck expenses and driver wages that is a very reasonable rate. If she would have stated the correct mileage in the first phone call we would have told her to contact somebody closer to her at that time. Basically we gave her a breakeven price to do what we did and she does not think that is reasonable.
