My sister and I reserved five nights, Octthrough OctWe knew almost immediately that we would have to find other lodgingsMy sister has asthma and she started wheezing soon after entryWe did try to find other accommodations that same evening but the soonest we could book was the 7th in FraminghamThe room at Arabian Horse Inn smelled musty, and dresser drawers smelled of moth *** There was dust/hair around the feet of the bed and deskThe ceiling fan had dust around the edges and there were cobwebs on the ceilingThe porch outside our second floor room was in disrepair: the paint on the railings were chipped; it looked like it hadn't been painted in yearsThe TV worked only intermittently, and after asking for a battery for the remote, it was delivered 1/hours later, when we were ready for bedThe TV performance did not improveThey had no internet service, saying it was to be fixed on Sunday, the 7thThere was a small refrigerator, but it was not plugged inT
Business did not deliver on what they were selling would not answer phone left messages to have them call back to verify the keys would be left out for later arrivalNo one was at business to checkin or out.no one at business to give needed towels.no one at bed and breakfast to provide breakfast left one orange one banana few Danish and small juice .Advertised full fresh breakfast in ad on computer.when finally able to contact owners about breakfast they advertised They said the had to leave they did not offer discount or refund just hung up
