Review: I was billed for a computer service and payed for the service with my Visa card. I was then contacted by [redacted] from this company and told that the first charge had not gone through so that they could receive their payment. I was then told because of the inconvenience of the company contacting me regarding the first charge not going through that I would need to pay another charge of $298.00, a discounted rate and I was assured that the original charge would be refunded to my credit card. Instead, fragulent activity has taken place when I attempted to obtain my refund. I spoke with [redacted] who is one of this company's accounts manager. As of today, I have not received the refund instead there have been additional withdrawals from my Debit account and additional charges onto my Visa Account that I have not approved. As a result, I had to close my checking account and cancel my Visa Charge card. Please help me with this issue. I am very distressed over this entire issue.Desired Settlement: I need the refund to my Visa Charge card as promised. I have a copy of the E-mail from [redacted] who stated that he would faciliate my refund. I also need to know if [redacted] company is the company who is attempting to place additional charges on my Visa and Debit account. I also need to know who has attended to place fradulent charges on my Visa card and on my Debit card account. Please advise. Thank you so very much[redacted]
