Review: I had made an appointment online for services, I called to let them know I made a wrong turn and was on my way. I was told over the phone they wrote my appointment for the wrong day and it was my fault and there was nothing they could do about it. I was declined any help or services from this company.Desired Settlement: they could gladly refund the money I had to spend over 100.00 at two other salons to get the services I was going to get at glo
