To this date 12/30/I still have not recieved a title from themThe addresses were correct on all the paper work and the title I had to get from the title department at an extra costI believe this has never been sent out since she would not contact me directly and I had to have my wife text her the she finally got back with her indirectlyI do not believe anything she is saying and I do not see any way to resolve this problem with themIt would be nice if the Ohio Attorney General would fine them but the person I talked to there basicly said I was wasting my timeIt is hard to believe people like this can break the law (send title out within days) and get away with itBut obviously they can. Thanks for your time

There was no Service Agreement offered to me at the time of purchase and when I went back and spoke to the manager he did not offer to repair the vehicle I have attached a copy of the Buyers Guide that was on the vehicle and you'll see that the box marked "Service Contract" under the Non-Dealer Warranties For This Vehicle section is not checked off which indicates that this is not an option being extended to the Buyer I worked at auto dealerships in the past so I knew that the box had to be checked off in order for that to be an option for the buyer

Phone call received by Revdex.com Michelle from Global Auto Leasing called re: complaint number *** She stated that title was sent on 12/4/15, returned to business and re-sent A duplicate has also been ordered

As I stated in our conversation earlier, by law we have days to place the title in the consumers nameThis was done on 11/04/That is all that we are required to doThe title department does mail them out upon request but this is not required by lawThis title was duplicated on November 28th by the customer and once that is done we no longer have power of attorney to process another copyI have no idea why the title we sent out has not been received by the consumer We will look into what happened, but at this time the copy that they have is valid and they can use this copy to place tags on the vehicle or any other transactionWe no longer have any interest in the vehicle and we cannot do any more at this time regarding the titleAny copy processed at this time will just void the current copy even if we could provide a new oneI am very sorry for the mix upWe process over titles per monthI will be happy to refund Mr*** the $they spent on the duplicate title if he would likePlease let me know if he would like this mailed out. [redacted] did buy a 2000 Dodge Durango from Global Auto Leasing on 10/04/2017. This suv was sold as is and was test driven before she bought. A service contract was offer to her at time of sale and [redacted] did decline it. We did offer to help her fix the issue on a good will jester which was declined...

by her. I 'm sorry but at this time we are not offering to buy Durango back. This was brought to my attention til 2 months after sale by [redacted]. If you have any further questions please fell free to contact me.  Thanks Bill H[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:       The key that I received when I purchased the vehicle is not the master key for the vehicle, it will not unlock the back hatch of the jeep, the key does not have a security chip in it. I ordered an uncut master key for the jeep, however I can't get this key cut and programmed to the jeep because I don't have a key with a security chip in it that starts the vehicle. I have tried calling several dealerships, and locksmiths asking if they can cut the key for me, but everyone says that I have to have a master key with a chip in it  that starts the jeep for them to guide the cutter to be able to cut the replacement master key. I was not given a master key when I purchased the jeep, so how do I go about getting the replacement key cut and programed to my jeep if I don't have a master key to begin with? I also paid for 45 day temporary tags to be put on the jeep, and due to not having the correct key for my vehicle I only got to use the tags for the remainder of the day that I bought the jeep, and half of the next day, I feel that since Global Auto Leasing is refusing to help me get a replacement key that they should at least give me a new 45 day tag or reimburse me for the tag that I paid for and didn't get to use. I'm very upset that I bought a vehicle that I can't drive, I paid $2,029.73 to buy a vehicle to sit in my driveway, this whole situation is simply not fair. Please tell me how I'm supposed to get the replacement key cut and programmed to my jeep? Everywhere that ive called will not cut a key with a chip in it unless I have a key with a chip in it that works on the vehicle.Regards, [redacted]

The car was not listed as a dealership selling a car. I have a screenshot of the original ad where the car was listed as a private party sale and I was led to believe it was just someone that happened to be a dealers personal vehicle up and to the point that I had already handed over cash and was then asked to sign paperwork. My options were be out money and a vehicle or deal with it. Their mechanic looked at it while I was there and told me it was fine, so the offer isn't really any good.
I will forward you the screenshot if you give me an email to send it to, though it will take me a couple days because its on my computer at home and I am currently out of town
