Review: I contracted with this company to get two pre settlement loans for a civil (Labor law) lawsuit here in sacramento CA. The first one went without a problem. The second one has not come through despite a signed contract. Global approved me for a 5000 loan on the second loan and then sent my attourney an unrelated clients personal information about a different suit(a MV accident injury case). They then took two weeks to realize my case was not a MV accident case and apologized and stated that they were confused. Since then the have lowered their offer to 1000 (for the second loan) and I have signed the contract for the loan and my attourney has sent it to them and I have had no response for a week. Ive tried calling and emailing for a week and have received no call back or response from them at all. My attourney has also tried several times to reach them without a response. Now Im being held up from receiving a loan from a competitor of Global because the second loan has not gone through and must be complete so that the other loan company can buy it out. So I m stuck with not contact response and no financial relief possible. This cant be legal. Please help me.Desired Settlement: I would like a phone call and and emailfrom Global, to let me know the following: 1.) an approval for the 5000 loan they told my attourney I was getting. 2.) Immediate payment of that loan to me 3.) An apology for the horrible customer service and for sending legal documents from the wrong case to my attourney. 4.)A letter of apology to my attourney as this incident has damaged my relationship with my attourney.

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Global Financial Credit, LLC regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I have been contacted about this issue from the buisness but the issue has not been resolved. The business offered me a 5000.00 loan and then after many weeks delay only offered 1000.00. They had extremely poor customer service and were near impossible to reach.
